Every lawn is different however, a good rule of thumb would be to water twice a week in the growing season and once a week in the dormant season. Start your watering cycle early in the morning around 5 o'clock for about 45-60 minutes per zone for your grass.
For St. Augustine grass we typically mow between 4''-4.5'' but some lawns can accept shorter however not really recommended. St. Augustine sod typically needs taller grass blades to protect it against pest and disease. It also helps to prevent drought stress.
If it is raining on the day of your scheduled service, we will reach out to let you know we will not be making it out and will most likely service the next day.
You are paying an average rate, 40 visits per year. We take your price per visit and multiply that by the 40 visits per year, that will get your annual rate. then, we divide that by the 12 months to get your monthly average rate.
